About the Performers
Hannah Jones - Hannah is a stand-up comedian, writer, and improviser based in Denver, Colorado. After being homeschooled in a religious co-op, her irreverent takes on sex, religion, and politics are as original as they are deeply uncomfortable for her mother to hear. She was the creator of the retired satire publication Westish, which has been written about in Denverite and Westword and covered on Channel 7 News. She has been invited to the Beast Village, Altercation, and High Plains comedy festivals. She performs at DIY shows all over town and is a regular at Denver Comedy Works. Above all of that, she holds the career-defining title of the 2007 Fayetteville Christian Homeschool Chess Club's "Most Improved," and has been improving ever since.
Ryan Bonnell - Ryan Bonnell is a Denver, CO area comic who’s been at Boulder Comedy Festival, and Greeley Comedy Festival. He also runs shows at Front Range Brewing Company and Archipelago. Ryan recently featured for Nancy Norton.
Mandy Kay - Mandy Kay is an absolute delight, just ask her! Her relatable style and Southern Charm brings smiles to everyone she meets. Growing up in the South and now residing in Denver, she has captured audiences while being unapologetically in her 40s. She was a featured performer at the 2021 High Plains Comedy Festival in Denver, a semi-finalist in the 2022 Funniest Person In Austin Contest at Cap City Comedy, and she’s continually popping up at comedy festivals across the country. She has also cleaned bathrooms in several different states but tries not to brag about it too much.
Chase Tressler - Chase started comedy back in July of 2021 and is a newcomer to the comedy scene in Colorado and Fort Collins, from a young age he has been interested in the entertainment industry, and had dreams of comedy but never really knew how to get into it. And fortunately. It is as simple as going to an open mic on a free night if you have it. And sure enough, he caught the bug. Now he runs a weekly comedy production studio; Bad Habit Productions, in which he cohosts with another local Fort Collins newcomer Joe Frommert.
Sam Sisson - Sam Sisson is the inventor of Durst Traps (photoshopping Fred Durst into thirst traps) and former National Champion of the “Air Sex” comedy competition. She’s a regular at The Comedy Fort comedy club in Fort Collins, CO and has opened for prominent comedians including Judah Friedlander and Todd Barry. After her set, Todd told her “Good job”, which he later downgraded to “You did fine”. Check her out and judge for yourself!
Cody Ullrich - Cody Ullrich is a touring comic from Denver, Colorado who performs at festivals around the country. A former editor for Westish News, Cody's writing can also be read in "Comedians are People, Too". Cody hosts the Whypothetical podcast and does work with Comedy 103.1 in Denver.
Dan Bublitz Jr - Dan Bublitz Jr is a comedian and writer known for his one-man show, It Was Supposed to Be A Love Story by Lights Out Productions and his Dry Bar Comedy Special Use Your Imagination by Angel Studios. Dan has appeared in films & commercials and his comedy has appeared on Comedy Time TV, Pandora, Spotify, and Amazon Prime. During his career, Dan has performed at numerous comedy festivals including the Albuquerque Funny Fiesta & the Plano Comedy Festival. Dan’s comedy style is upbeat storytelling sprinkled with silly one-liners. He is the creator and host of the comedy podcast the Art of Bombing, where he interviews other comedians about what they have learned from horrible shows. When Dan is not performing at clubs and venues across the country, he enjoys his time at home with his dogs Gizmo & Tello, his cat Hugo, and his wonderful partner Tara.
